About Us

Ellicious Catering was built on passion, flavor, and a commitment to doing things the right way—completely from scratch.

What started five years ago as a handcrafted sauce line quickly became something much bigger. Every sauce was created with intention—layered flavors, bold profiles, and a homemade touch you simply can’t replicate from a bottle. From smoky and savory to sweet with a kick, each one was designed to elevate every dish it touched.

Three years ago, that same passion expanded into full-service catering.

Ellicious Catering was created to bring people together through food that feels both elevated and comforting. Every dish is made fresh—never prepackaged, never rushed. From the proteins to the sides, everything is prepared using quality ingredients and hands-on care to ensure flavor in every bite.

We specialize in creating memorable experiences for weddings, private events, and celebrations of all kinds. Whether it’s an intimate gathering or a large-scale event, our goal is always the same: to deliver food that looks beautiful, tastes incredible, and leaves a lasting impression.

What sets Ellicious Catering apart is the foundation it was built on—authentic recipes, scratch-made sauces, and a dedication to excellence. This isn’t just catering; it’s a reflection of years of craft, creativity, and consistency.

At the heart of it all is a simple promise: real food, made with intention, and served with pride.
