Final guest counts are typically due at least 1 month prior to your event. This ensures proper preparation and service.

A deposit is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due prior to the event. All payments are non-refundable due to the preparation and planning involved.
10. What happens if my guest count changes?
If your guest count increases, your final balance will be adjusted accordingly. Final payment must reflect the confirmed guest count prior to the event date.
